【摘要】 目的:探讨应用外源性bFGF对实验断层皮片组织变化的影响。方法:建立豚鼠断层皮片自体移植模型。A组为对照组,B、C、D组为实验组,分别给予bFGF300Au/ml、600Au/ml、900Au/ml,术后第1、2、4周切取皮片,行常规组织学、电镜观察并计数真皮毛细血管数量与成纤维细胞密度值。结果:术后第1周,除A组外,各组均见毛细血管、成纤维细胞及胶原纤维增生,D组更显。术后第2周,B、C、D组毛细血管、成纤维细胞及胶原纤维增生。仍以D组更显,术后第4周,B、C、D组轻度毛细血管、成纤维细胞及胶原纤维增生,各组差别不明显。结论:外源性bFGF具有促进实验断层皮片毛细血管、成纤维细胞及胶原纤维增生的作用,并呈剂量依赖性。bFGF有利于皮片的念合及创面修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of the extrinsic bFGF on changes of histology of experimental split thicknes skin. Methods: A model of the autografting of split thickness skin on guinea pig was used. All the guinea pig were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group (A group) ,300 Au bFGF/ml group(B group) ,600 Au bFGF/ml group(C group) ,900 Au bFGF/ml group(D group).At the end of 1,2 or 4 weeks after operation,the dermal grafts were excised respectively,Then the dermal grafts were observed with the methods of routine histology and electron-microscope.The amounts of capillary and the density of fibroblast of the derma were computed. Result: 1 week after operation, the multiplications of the capillary,fibroblast,and collagenousfiber appeared in all groups except in group A and more obvious in D group.2 weeks after operation, the obvious multiplications of the capillary,fibroblast,and collagenous fiber appeared in B,C as well as in D groups,and especially obvious in D group.4weeks after operation, the light degree of multiplication of the capillary,fibroblast and collagenous fiber appeared,the deffemce among these 4 groups was not obvious. Conclusion: Extrinsic bFGF has a certain effect of promoting the multiplication of the capillary, fibroblast, and collagenous fiber of experimental split thicknees skin, the effect would be helpful to the healing of the skin and the repair of the wound.更多还原
