【摘要】 目的 :探讨中剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法对儿童急性特发性血少板减小性紫癜 (ITP)疗效。方法 :34例ITP患儿采用甲基强的松龙 15mg/(kg d)短疗程冲击治疗 ,继之以口服强的松减量维持治疗。结果 :冲击组治疗后血小板数快速升高 ,血小板计数回升速度明显快于对照组 ,止血时间明显短于对照组。结论 :本疗法能在短时间内快速提升血小板计数 ,使出血症状减轻或停止 ,对于血小板过低而导致危险性出血有明显的预防和治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discuss the remedial effect of impact therapeutics of the middling dosage methylprednisolone on the acute children idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura Method:Applied impact therapeutics to 34 cases of the ill children with the methylprednisolone 15 mg/(kg d) in the short period of treatment And then keep this treatment decreased in amount in form of taking orally prednisone Result:To the impact group,the number of thrombocyte quickly increased after treatment,and rise upspeed of taking count of thrombocyte obviously was faster than that of comparison group,as well as the hemostatic time obviously shorter than comparison group Conclusion:This therapeutics is able to increase quickly taking count of thrombocyte within a short time,making bleeding symptom decrease or even stop For dangerous bleeding due to over low thrombocyte,it has obvious effect for preventing as well as the treating更多还原
