【摘要】 本文以移动短信和固定短信的网络结构为基础,着重讨论移动短信和固定短信网络互联的解决方案。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the short message network structure of mobile and fixed-line network, and then describes the solution to the interwork between these networks.
