红粘土/天然橡胶纳米复合材料的结构与性能研究
Study on the structure and properties of red clay/natural rubber nanocomposite
【摘要】 采用超声波技术制备了红粘土 天然橡胶纳米复合材料 ,测定了材料的力学性能及热氧老化性能 ,用TEM研究了红粘土的结构及在基体中的分散状态 ,并与普通陶土做了比较。结果表明 ,红粘土具有六角形和不规则形状 ,粒径为 10~ 15 0nm。经过超声波处理 ,红粘土在橡胶中形成均匀分散并与橡胶相界面结合良好 ,材料的性能提高。在红粘土填充量为 3%时 ,材料的拉伸强度为 19MPa。填充量增大 ,红粘土的分散性并没有下降 ,复合材料的力学性能和热氧老化性能可进一步提高
【Abstract】 TEM study of the red clay/natural rubber nanocomposites prepared by ultrasonic technique showed that the red clay consisting of both hexagonal and irregular shaped particles with the size in a range of 10 to 150nm was dispersed uniformly in the rubber matrix to form a good interfacial adhesion after ultrasonic treatment. The tensile strength of the composite with 3% red clay was measured to be 19Mpa. Further improvement of the tensile strength could be possible if more red clay mixed into the composite.
