水合石灰脱硫的实验研究
Experimental Investigation on Desulfurization of Hydrolime
【摘要】 利用热天平对水合石灰脱硫影响因素进行实验研究发现:SO2浓度越高,吸收剂转化率越高,脱硫率下降;烟气流量越大,吸收剂转化率越高;低于临界温度时,吸收剂转化率随烟温升高而升高,随升温速度增大而增大;烟气中含有O2时,产物为硫酸钙,吸收剂转化率提高,脱硫率也增加。
【Abstract】 Experiment is made to study the factors in desulfurization ability of hydrolime by thermal balance. The results show that the increase of SO2 concentration promotes the conversion of absorbent and the rate of desulfurization; under a certain temperature, the conversion increase with the increase of the temperature and the velocity of temperature; the increase of the flow of the flue gas improves the conversion; when the flue gas contains O2, the result of reaction is CaSO4, the conversion and the rate of the desulfurization increase.
