【摘要】 目的研制水、尿、玉米氟成分质量控制样品,保证全国地方性氟中毒重点监测过程中的实验室质量控制。方法采集基体组成与实际样品基本相当的物质,经过样品处理或加入氟化钠溶液后,进行分装、钴-60照射等操作制成质控样品;检验样品的均匀性和稳定性;7个实验室间协作研究确定质控样参考值。结果研制的质控样氟含量参考值及不确定度分别为,水:高氟(2.90±0.17)mg/L、低氟(1.03±0.09)mg/L;尿:高氟(5.77±1.05)mg/L、低氟(1.97±0.26)mg/L;玉米:高氟(59.64±1.92)mg/kg、低氟(6.24±0.84)mg/kg。结论研制的质控样品可用于地方性氟中毒监测样品检测的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare the reference substances of water,urine and corn for laborato ry quality assurance in the national key surveillance on flu orosis.Methods The samles which base-composition w ere identical with the actual sample s were collected,trented,packed and irradiated with Co-60,then the refe rence material were prepared.And fl uoride equality and stabili-ty of each objects were tested,the re ference values of fluoride content w ere determined by seven laboratorie s jointly.Results The reference value and indeterminatio n of fluoride content in water were 2.90±0.17mg /L(high level)and 1.03±0.09mg /L(low lev-el),in urine 5.77±1.05mg /L(high level),and 1.97±0.26mg /L(low level),in corn 59.64±1.92mg /kg(high level)and6.24±0.84mg /kg(low level).Conclusion The prepared reference material can be used in the quality control in the n ational key surveillance on endemic fluorosis.[更多还原
