【Abstract】 The article discusses some problems faced by libraries when they subscribe to the online electronic journals by licensing. Issues tackled with include the potential loss of knowledge, the license restrictions on use and users, the limitations on user抯 rights and the cost. It also makes suggestions on the licensing environment that librarians should pay attention to such as the terms of use, the scalability, the long-term availability and the price.更多还原
