【摘要】 在对传统图书馆与现代图书馆进行初步比较的前提下 ,重点论述了网络环境下图书馆的机构重组问题 ,特别是对网络环境下图书馆机构重组所要达到的主要目的和所要进行重组的基本内容谈了自己的看法 ,最后呼吁在网络环境下应加快图书馆的机构重组步伐 ,以实现由传统图书馆机构向网络环境下的现代图书馆机构的转型更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is comparing the differences between the traditional libraries and the modern libraries, brings forward the necessity of the reconstruction of library’s functions.
