配电网馈线系统保护原理及分析

【摘要】 馈线自动化是配电自动化的主要功能之一。该文针对中国配电自动化的实施情况,讨论了馈线保护技术的现状及发展,提出了建立在光纤快速通信基础上的配电网馈线系统保护的新原理和新概念。馈线系统保护充分吸取了高压线路纵联保护的特点,利用馈线保护装置之间的快速通信,一次性地实现对馈线故障的故障隔离、重合闸、恢复供电功能,将馈线自动化的实现方式从集中监控模式发展为分布式保护模式,从而提高了配电自动化的整体功能。

【Abstract】 Feeder automation is one of the main functions of power distribution automation. For the implementation of domestic distribution automation, the present situation and development of feeder protection is discussed. A new scheme and new concept for optical communication based feeder system protection used in distribution network are proposed. Fully using the features of pilot protections in high voltage transmission lines and applying the fast communication among feeder protection devices, the functions, such as the feeder fault isolation, reclosing and restoration of power supply, are implemented in whole. In this way, the implementation of feeder automation is developed from concentrated supervisory control mode to distributed protection mode. Therefore, the integrated function of distribution automation is improved.
