【摘要】 Internet Explorer已经成为网上的主流浏览器 ,它完善的功能和卓越的品质赢得了广大用户的喜爱 ,以 delphi为开发工具 ,针对 Internet Explorer进行二次开发 ,使之功能更加完善 ,使用更加方便。

【Abstract】 Internet Explorer has already been a popular browser and its complete functions and perfect qualities are in most of user’s grace.This paper implements the secondary development of Explorer with Delphi,and Internet Explorer becomes more perfect and more convenient.
