【Abstract】 Management Information System(MIS) is an important tool for the informatization of power utilities,while SCADA system is the core of power system control and operation.The aggregation of them is of great significance for the efficient management of power grid operation.The technical problems related to system aggregation are discussed deeply from different points of view.All of these discussions are illustrated by the system aggregation scheme implemented in Daye power supply bureau,Hubei province.The aggregation development of its MIS and SCADA adopts the three layer application SW structure based on Web technique.It builds a SW development and operation platform with the advanced technologies,mature applications and rich application SW resources for the informatization and management modernization.更多还原
