【摘要】 目的:评价沙培林、顺铂在治疗恶性胸腔积液中的优劣。方法:自1997年1月至2001年3月随机采用沙培林及顺铂进行胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液60例,观察两种药物的疗效、毒副反应。结果:沙培林组28例,有效率92.9%(26/28)。顺铂组32例,有效率68.8%(22/32),P<0.05,有显著差异。毒副反应胸痛、发热沙培林组明显高于顺铂组。胃肠道反应及骨髓抑制顺铂组明显高于沙培林组。结论:沙培林疗效优于顺铂组,副作用比顺铂低,无需水化,值得临床重视及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Shapeilin and Shunbo on treating malignant hydrothorax.Methods:Using the intrapleural injection of Shapeilin and Shunbo to treat 60 patients with malignant hydrothorax and observing their effect and side effect.Results:28 patients were given Shpaeilin and the effective rate reaches 92 9%(26/28).32 patients were administered Shunbo and the effective rate is 68 8%(22/32).The difference is significant (P<0 05).The side effect such as chest pain and fever in Shapeilin group is much higher than Shunbo group.The gastrointestinal reaction and the inhibition of marrow in Shunbo group,however,are higher than those in Shapeilin group.Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of Shapeilin is better than Shunbo with relatively less side effect.Shapeilin needs no hydrating and it is valuable to be spread in the clinical practice.更多还原
