内包覆铜钢双金属管内压扩散复合工艺研究

【摘要】 用内压扩散复合方法对铜钢双金属管进行了固相复合试验研究.用20钢管作外管,铜管作内管,对内外管分别经过表面处理后套装,再拉拔制成复合管坯,最后在内压力的作用下对复合管坯进行扩散退火,用弯曲试验检验了复合管界面的结合状况.用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及电子探针等分析方法对界面附近进行了组织观察和成分分析.结果表明,用内压扩散复合方法实现了铜钢界面的冶金结合.

【Abstract】 Solid-state cladding of steel with copper bimetallic tuve by inner-pressure diffusion technique has been studied. The outer layer was made of mild steel. The inner was copper. All surfaces were degreased and cleaned before cylinders assembly. Then the tube billets were obtained by drawing. Finally, diffusion annealing was carried out under inner-pressure. The tubes were subjected to bending test tha were intended to examine the bonding status of the interface. The microstructure and composition distribution in the regions dose to the interface was iomvestigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis. The results showed that it is feasible to obtain a metallurgical bonded interface of copper and steel by inner-pressure diffusion technique.
