用黑液预浸落叶松提高硫酸盐蒸煮效果
Pre-extracting larch in black liquor to improve sulfate cooking
【摘要】 研究了用蒸煮黑液预浸落叶松木片对制浆的影响 ,结果证明 ,蒸煮前先用黑液在 12 0℃浸渍 4 0min ,再进行蒸煮 ,可以使蒸煮的用药量降低 1.1% ,而卡伯值降低 4 .8,得率提高 1.2 % ,未漂浆的白度提高 1.7% (SBD) ,半漂浆 (白度 6 0 %SBD)的漂率下降 1.5 9%
【Abstract】 We study the effect of sulfate cooking by pre extracting larch in black liquor. Experiment reveals that pre extracting chips in black liquor at 120 ℃ for 40 min.and sulfate cooking these chips, the charge of cooking chemicals decreases by 1.1%,but Kappa number decreases by 4.8 unit,and pulp yield increases by 1.2%,the brightness of unbleached pulp increases by 1.7%(SBD),the bleachability of pulp (to brightness of 60%,SBD)decreases by 1.59%.
