【Abstract】 The multi\|reservoir flood control system is successfully designed and developed based on the network environment and by means of PowerBuilder and SQL Server. The system has the reasonable structure and the advantage of flexible man\|computer interface. It can collect and process the information of the satellite cloud picture, weather prediction, measured data and real\|time flood forecasting from other LANs for decision\|making of multi\|reservoir.
