【摘要】 研究生是未来国家创新体系的主力军 ,培养具有创新精神和能力的高素质研究生是研究生培养工作的关键。创新教育是素质教育的灵魂 ,研究生培养必须以创新教育为主导。本文立足于知识经济发展基本规律和信息社会学习的基本要求 ,分析了创新教育和研究生培养的关系 ,提出研究生学术活动是研究生培养必不可少的环节 ,是研究生创新教育核心的观点。本文详细探讨和分析了研究生学术活动对培养研究生创新精神、创新能力的积极作用 ,并为在研究生培养实践中如何推进创新教育进行了一些有益的探索和实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Postgraduates are major contributions to the national innovation system. The goal of postgraduates cultivation must be the innovation education. Innovation education is the core of quality education. The most important work of postgraduates cultivation is that education must give graduate students the innovation spirit and capacity. Based on the fundamental principle of knowledge economic and learning requirement of information society, this paper analyzes the relationship between innovation education and postgraduates cultivation, presenting that academic practice is indispensable in postgraduates cultivation and is the core of innovation education. This paper analyzes the academic practice’s positive effect on the cultivation of innovation spirit and capability and does some research on innovation education in postgraduates cultivation.更多还原
