【Abstract】 Whit the rapid development of Internet and China’s accession to WTO, libraries in China are faced with new chances as well as challenges. It is possible that information resources globalize because the Internet is rapidly developing. Facing the challenges of autoimmunization and digitalization, we must change our idea and expedite the building of libraries?modernization and the change of libraries?service manner to suit the needs of the information times. It makes us face the world, after China acceded to the World Trade Organization. For the World Trade Organization protecting the rights of knowledge, altogether building, sharinging and stocking the information resources of documents will become the common idea and countermeasure in university libraries.更多还原
