【Abstract】 The article puts forward full state shifted counter according to the state抯 using shortage of the shifted counter. It introduces the design of full state shifted counter. Sametime the article analyses the two effective cycles of the 4 bits twisted ring counter抯 state diagram. Then it discusses taken apart ring, chain of ring and the forming of full state抯 state diagram with the shifted regular. And it gets feedback function Karnaugh map and feedback function expression of full state shifted counter. Finally it gives the normal expression of the full state shifted counter抯 feedback function.更多还原
