【摘要】 为提高苁蓉丸治疗地方性氟骨症的治疗效果 ,使服用、保管更加方便 ,我们提取苁蓉丸药物中的有效成分 ,将丸剂改成片剂 ,结果显示 ,通过改型 ,患者服用剂量减少 ,但效果由原来丸剂的 73.91%提高到 92 .0 0 % ,保管、运输、贮存、服用更加方便 ,说明苁蓉丸 (片 )是治疗地方性氟骨症的有效药物 ,通过剂型改良使其在治疗方面发挥更大的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve therapeutic effect of Congrong pill and preserve more conveniently after taking medicine, we drew effective compositions from Congrong pill and changed pill into tablets. Rusult shown that patients reduced taking dosage by improving types, but results have been raised effect from 73.91% to 92.00%. It is convenient to preserve, transport, store and take medicine. It is effective drug for Congrong pill (tablets) to cure endemic skeletal fluorosis and has played more part in treatment by improving dose.更多还原
