【摘要】 为观察山东省克山病 4 0年病情动态变化 ,探讨发病高发期、低发期及基本控制期 3个不同时期病情变化特征 ,收集全省病区 196 0～ 2 0 0 0年流行病调查资料及历年省、市 (县 )、乡 (镇 )三级防治网各年度发病情况报告 ,分析了 3个不同发病阶段的发病特点 ,全省克山病发生 2次较大范围的流行 ,分别发生于 2 0世纪的 6 0年代初和 70年代末 ,发病率分别为 2 .6 0 /万和 0 .84 /万 ,发病年龄主要是学龄前儿童 ,以急型、亚急型为主 ;1980～ 1989年为低发年 ,发病率低于 0 .0 5 /万。1990年之后达到基本控制标准 ;1990～ 2 0 0 0年 10年间仅发病 10例 ,这些病人都是青、中年 ,均为慢型病人 ;3个时期病区主要分布在低山、丘陵地区 ,病人以贫困多子女家庭居多 ,发病时间主要分布在 3～ 4月份。资料分析表明自 1980年以来 ,全省各病区发病人数明显减少 ,3个不同发病时期有不同的发病特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In oder to observe change of condition and inquire into different characteristic from three periods high period and lower period and basicly controled period of Keshan disease onset in Shandong for 40 years,epidemiology dates were collected from 1960～2000 years and collected conditional report of disease onset from countryside and countytown of the province.We analyzed characteristics of the disease attack from three periods.The incidence early in 1960’s and end in 1970’s were 2.60×10 -4 and 0.84×10 -4 .All patients were preschool children,mainly with accute and subaccute Keshan disease.The incidence of the disease were lower than 0.05×10 -4 during 1980～1989 years. The disease was basicly controlled after 1990 year.Only 10 patients were found during 1990～2000.They were all very young and at middle age and chronic.The areas of Keshan disease were lower mountain and hill.The patients were in poor family with more child.The time of disease onset mainly were in March April.The date showed that the patients significantly decreased from 1980 in endemic areas.The characteristic of Keshan disease for three periods were different.更多还原
