云南大理下关野栖小兽微小膜壳绦虫感染调查

【摘要】 为初步了解大理市下关野栖小兽类哺乳动物微小膜壳绦虫感染的情况 ,采用捕鼠笼和鼠夹捕捉小兽类哺乳动物 ,共捕获小兽 5 2 6只 ,分属 3目 5科 10属 2 0种 ,以齐氏姬鼠为优势种 ,占 2 9.86 % ;感染小兽 77只 ,分属 2目 8种 ,感染率14 .6 4 % ,其中以卡氏小鼠、中华姬鼠、白腹鼠和齐氏姬鼠的感染率较高 ,分别为 4 0 .4 8% ,2 9.0 3% ,18.75 %和 18.4 7%。大理市下关野栖小兽微小膜壳绦虫感染率较高 ,有必要进行预防和控制人群微小膜壳绦虫病。

【Abstract】 To explore the prevalence of Hymenolepis nana in wild small mammals in Xiaguan Dali, wild small mammals were captured by mouse trap. All together 526 small mammals were captured. They were identified as 20 species, belonging to 10 genera, 5 families, 3 orders. The dominant species was A.cheverieri, its constituent ratio was 29.86%. 77 small mammals were infected with Hymenolepis nana, and identified as spectes, 2 orders, the prevalence was 14.64%. M.Caroli, A.draca, Nandersoni, and A.cheverieri were high prevalence of 40.48%,29.03%,18.75%, and 18.47% respectively. The results showed that prevalence of Hymenolepis nana of wild small mammals was high in Xiaguan, Dali. Its necessary for prevention and control of hymenolepiasis population.
