新疆水砷及其对开发建设的影响(综合报告)

【摘要】 自 198 0年在新疆准噶尔盆地发现一地方性砷中毒病区后至 1999年 2 0年间我所在全疆共检查了 1192点 ,其中15 9处水砷≥ 0 . 0 5 mg/ L,占 13. 34%。北疆和南疆高砷水率分别为 14 . 73%和 2 . 86 %。高水砷带包括准噶尔盆地西南部艾比湖至玛纳斯河东岸地区 ,地方性砷中毒病区位于此带中部。 80年代早期在病区发现许多病人 ;高砷水多为深井水 ,砷中毒病人仅见于曾用深井水者。此外 ,在一些矿区如温泉县铜矿和钨矿泉水受砷污染 ,但三处金矿未发现砷污染。调查的 5个温泉水砷不超过 0 . 0 2 mg/ L,一处咸水湖水砷 0 . 175 mg/ L,同时天山中一处天然海子水砷为 0 . 37mg/L,四处旅游淡水湖水砷低于 0 .0 4 mg/ L。鉴于砷对人体健康的严重危害 ,在新疆开发建设中应注意饮用水中砷的监测。

【Abstract】 In 1980, an endemic area of arsenism was found in the Junggar Basin,in Xinjiang, China. In the period from 1980 to 1999, total of 1 192 spots were tested for water arsenic in Xinjiang. Among all spots tested, high arsenic level (≥0.05mg/L)had been found in 159 spots with a rate of 13.34% . The rates of high level of water arsenic in northern and southern part of Xinjiang were 14.73% and 2.86% , respectively. A high arsenic zone covered from the Ebinur lake as far east as to the eastern bank of the Manaz River was found in the south western part of the Junggar Basin. The area of endemic arsenism is situated in the middle section of the zone. Early in 1980s, many arsenism cases were found in the endemic area. Most of high arsenic levels were found from deep well. Arsenism cases were only found among the people had drinking the water from deep well. In some area of mine, such as a copper and a tungsten in Wenquan County, spring water had been contaminated by arsenic. No contamination was found in three gold ores. In five of hot spring investigated, the levels of water arsenic were not over 0.02mg/L. In a salt lake, the water contained arsenic level of 0.175mg/L. At the same time, a nature pool in Tianshan Mountains contained arsenic level of 0.37mg/L. However, in four fresh water lakes for tour the levels of water arsenic were less than 0.04mg/L. In view of the serious harmfulness of arsenic for people’s health, arsenic level of drinking water should be monitored first in the development of Xinjiang.
