化学镀镍磷合金机理初探

【摘要】 采用电化学方法对碱性化学镀镍的阴、阳极过程进行了研究 ,并在此基础上对化学镀镍的可能机理进行了初步探讨

【Abstract】 A research is made electrochemically on the cathodic and anodic processes in alkali electroless nickel plating. On this basis, a possible mechanism of electroless nickel plating is suggested.
