日本弓背蚁(Camponotus japonicus)视叶髓区GABA免疫阳性反应的初步研究
Distribution of GABA-like immunoreactivity in the optic lobe neuropils of Camponotus japonicus
【摘要】 采用CP包埋切片技术 ,结合免疫组织化学方法 ,研究了γ -氨基丁酸 (GABA)在日本弓背蚁视叶髓区中的分布 .结果发现雌蚁和雄蚁的分布模式基本相同 ,髓质都显示GABA免疫阳性反应 ,并且呈现分层现象 .髓质周围的一些神经元被标记 ,髓质之间的部分神经纤维也被标记 ,但几条大的视觉通路染色很浅 .这表明GABA在视觉活动中发挥重要的调节作用 ,并且它主要抑制局部区域的神经活动 .
【Abstract】 Used CP embedding tissue section technique and immunohistochemical method to investigate the distribution of GABA in the optic lobe neuropils of Camponotus japonicus. The distribution pattern of females was similar to males’.Many GABA-like immunoreactive fibers appeared in the optic lobe neuropils.And the staining of the optic lobe neuropils showed stratification.Some neurons were labeled,some nerve fibers were also labeled,but several visual tracts were stained very lightly.This result implies that GABA plays an important role in the visual activities and only modualtes local neural interactions.
