【Abstract】 At present, the sale of management of the road and bridge has been popular in the world. The estimate in our country started late, but it develops very fast. As the market of the estimate, we have little experience on the estimate of the road and bridge. So it is important to use the objective and reasonable method. In method of return value on investment approach, the cost and income rate was studied. The formula which allows for influence of reconstruct cost was objective revise, and the parameter was also studied. Hence it is scientific and reasonable in reality.更多还原
