樟子松枯梢病菌的生物学特性
Biological Characteristic of Shoot-blight for Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica
【摘要】 对樟子松枯梢病菌生物学特性的研究结果表明 ,该菌在PDA培养基上生长最佳 ;最适温度 2 5℃ ;最佳pH =5 ;最佳C源为蔗糖 ;最佳N源为蛋白胨 ;全光最适其生长 ,并能产生分生孢子器和分生孢子。病原菌分生孢子在 2 5~ 32℃下、2 %葡萄糖中、10 0 %相对湿度下 ,孢子萌发率最高。但随湿度降低 ,萌发率逐渐下降。
【Abstract】 Researches on biological characteristic of shoot-blight for Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica show that this fungus grows best on PDA culture medium, its most fitting temperature is 25℃, its best pH value is 5, its best C source is saccharose, its best N source is peptone and all-time illumination is best for its growth. The spores bourgeon highest in 2% dextrose solution and under 25~32℃; Its germination rate is the highest when the humidity is 100%, and drops gradually along with the descent of humidity.
