泡桐单板染色工艺参数的遴选

【摘要】 采用酸性大红染料对 0 .5mm刨切泡桐单板进行染色正交试验。以染液组成和染色工艺为试验因素 ,用正交方法 ,对木材上染率进行观测和分析。试验结果表明 ,NaCl最佳质量分数为 1.5 % ;染料最佳质量分数是 0 .5 % ;适宜处理时间为 4h ;乙酸最佳质量分数为 2 % ;渗透剂质量分数为 0 .1% ;最佳染色温度是 70℃。

【Abstract】 To optimize the parameters of dyeing process, the dye up-take was studied by orthogonal method according to the changes of related factors such as NaCl, dye concentration, acetic acid, treating time, surface-active agent and the temperature. The 0.5mm paulownia veneer was dyed in the aqueous acid bright red solution.
