水轮机振动监测与补气控制的试验研究

【摘要】 保证机组的稳定性是电站安全可靠运行的重要条件 ,机组振动是影响稳定运行的重要因素之一。研究表明 ,强迫补气方法对机组减振效果明显。为此 ,采用先进的嵌入式工控机研制了强迫补气监控装置。该系统具有实时性强、可靠性高、人机界面友好以及通信灵活等优点 ,目前已在岩滩电厂投入运行。试验表明 ,该系统可以正确地在机组强振区自动补气 ,对机组稳定运行起到了很好的作用。

【Abstract】 Stability is an im portant condition for ensuring the safety and reliability of hydroelectricity generating units. Vibration is one of the main factors affecting the stable operation of the generating units.Study and analysis indicate that com pulsory gas supply is a very effective m ethod to alleviate vibration and pressure pulsation of hydro- turbines.A com pulsory gas supply monitoring device has been developed using em bedded industrial m icrocomputer.The device has good real- time perform ance,high reliability,friendly MMI m an- machine interface and flexible com munication.The device has been put into operation in Yantan Hydropower Station for half a year.The result shows that it can supply air exactly to the vibration region and is useful for the stability of hydroelectricity generating units.
