【摘要】 对植酸酶在肉鸡、蛋鸡饲粮中的作用进行了实验研究。研究主要表明 ,在含有效磷 0 .39%～ 0 .35 %～ 0 .30 %的日粮添加 5 0 0 U植酸酶 ,可使肉仔鸡生产性能达到含有效磷 0 .4 3%～ 0 .4 1%～ 0 .38%的水平 ;低磷蛋雏鸡、生长期饲粮添加微生物植酸酶 ,可使生产性能达到正常磷日粮水平 ,在不添加或添加少量无机磷的产蛋鸡日粮中 ,添加微生物植酸酶能提高生产性能和蛋壳质量 ,但含有效磷 0 .2 96 %以上的日粮中添加植酸酶没有作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Phytase was applied in poultry diet to study the roles of phytase.The results were reported in this paper:the performance of broilers which fed diet which contained 0 39%～0 35%～0 30% avail-p and added 500IU phytase in 1-21 days,22～42 days,43～56 days differently,matched the results of broilers which fed the diet which contained 0 43%～0 41%～0 38% avail-p;the performance of rearing and growing chicks which fed low p added phytase matched the results of control’s;the layer’s performance and eggshell quality can be improved by supplement phytase,but added phytase to the diets which contained over 0 296% avail-p had no effect on the layer’s performance.$$$$更多还原
