聚合物锂离子电池用强化电解质隔膜的研制
Modified polymer electrolyte in polymer lithium-ion battery
【摘要】 研制了一种聚合物锂离子电池用的强化电解质隔膜,该强化电解质隔膜采用聚丙烯/聚乙烯/聚丙烯(PP/PE/PP)三层复合微孔隔膜为基体,通过对基体进行表面处理得到。研制的强化电解质隔膜在保持较高强度的同时,具有较好的吸液性和保液性,室温下电导率可达3.38×10-4S/cm,用该隔膜装配的电池体积减小,成品率提高,电池性能与采用聚合物电解质的电池性能相似。
【Abstract】 A new type of modified polymer electrolyte used in polymer lithium-ion battery was prepared. The sample was prepared by modifying on the surface of PP/PE/PP separators. It had ionic conductivity above 3. 38 x 10-4S/cm at room temperature. The battery used it gained smaller volume and high rate of end product, at the same time, the properties of the battery was similar to the battery used common polymer electrolyte.
