【摘要】 利用HPLC分析了茉莉花蕾发育及开放期间内源激素的变化趋势。结果表明茉莉花发育期间花蕾均重呈倒数曲线增长, Z和ABA含量同步增长，但Z/ABA值呈现高-低-高的变化趋势，花蕾发育后期均重迅速增大可能与Z/ABA值增加有关。由于ABA含量减少，使茉莉花蕾采摘后3?h 时 Z/ABA值达最大，其后花的开张度迅速增大。茉莉花发育及开放期间未检出IAA。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of endogenous hormone during the development and blooming of jasmine flower were analyzed by HPLC. The results showed that the average weight of flower bud increased in reciprocal equation model during the development of jasmine flower with the simultaneous increasing of Z and ABA contents, but the change of Z/ABA ratio showed high-low-high trend. The increasing of average weight of flower bud could be related to the change of Z/ABA ratio before flower opening. The Z/ABA ratio reached high peak after being picked for 3 hours because of the decreasing of ABA. The opening degree increased sharply after the high peak of Z/ABA ratio. IAA could not be detected during the development and blooming of jasmine flower.更多还原
