预处理对碳钢大气腐蚀的影响
EFFECT OF THE DIFFERENT PRE-RUSTED METHODS ON THE ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF CARBON STEEL
【摘要】 通过检测具有不同初期腐蚀产物的A3钢、16Mn钢和20#钢挂片在大气腐蚀曝晒站进行曝晒后的增重,研究表面初期污染与初始腐蚀状态对后期腐蚀动力学的影响。结果表明,在预腐蚀过程中不同污染预处理的碳钢增重速率有少量差别,在曝晒的初期,不同预腐蚀处理对加速腐蚀的作用明显不同,曝晒一定时间后,腐蚀速度与规律趋于一致,三种碳钢的腐蚀随时间的发展均有减缓的趋势,预腐蚀处理对三种碳钢的后期腐蚀性能影响很小。Mn对碳钢的腐蚀有一定的减缓作用,而C加速碳钢的腐蚀。
【Abstract】 Atmospheric exposures for three kinds of carbon steels polluted in H2S SO2 and NO2 (10-6 concentration) at Shenyang exposure site in China over 4 months were made. Mass gain results are reported. The effect of the initial stages of the corrosion of polluted carbon steels was analyzed on the later corrosion behavior of three kinds of carbon steels. The conclusion can be drawn out that mass gain varies with different pretreatments during the course, different pretreatments have different effects obviously on the samples at the initial days, but the corrosion rates of the different pre-rusted carbon steels are almost the same after four months.
