柴油机瞬态工况振动噪声的测量和分析

【摘要】 汽车发动机运行在瞬态工况下(如加速、减速、换档),振动和噪声都急剧增加,所以发动机瞬态工况的振动和噪声参数测量和分析对减振降噪具有非常重要的意义。作者利用数据采集卡、PC机和传感器组成多通道瞬态参数测量系统,对4100增压柴油机匹配中型客车时与振动和噪声相关的多个参数(转速、压力、振动加速和噪声波形)进行了测量和相关性分析,为减振降噪提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 The noise and vibration of auto engine increase greatly when the auto accelerates, decelerates and gears, so it means very much to measure and analyse the noise and vibration of auto engine in instantaneous status. By using the measurement and analysis system the author developed, the author processed a synchronize measurement with several instantaneous parameters concerning the nosie and vibration of a 4110 diesel which worked as auto engine in instantaneous status, then made a relative analysis.
