【Abstract】 As an essential part of the agreements in the WTO, the TRIMs regulates the trade-related investment measures and also demands for uniform foreign investment laws in its members. Upon China’s entry into the WTO, one of the challenges is to make sure our foreign investment law be adapted to the TRIMs. We try to evaluate our present foreign investment law and the changes it has made, and to make a conclusion about the trend of our foreign investment law, based on the requirements TRIMs has on its members.更多还原
