【Abstract】 Developing a low cost, intelligent measure & control device for developing X ray film with timing and constant temperature in industry. By using real time clock chip (DS1302) to produce clock signal. Using the least system of single chip with fuzzy control method to achieve constant temperature control for varied volume wash vessel under varied room temperature. To achieve the high precision automatic measurement using an 8 bit A/D convertor (ADC0809), the testing range is divided into four equal parts. Each amplifiers with separately adjustable reference point and amplification. The measuring and controlling error for temperature can be reduced to less than 0.1℃ within the range of 0℃~100℃.Timing range can be up to 24 hours. The real time and count down time can be displayed. The device is a low cost. It is suitable for varied volume device for developing film. It can also be used to timing control for several points and testing and controlling for temperature in industry, alarm clock control for school etc. It has a wide foreground.更多还原
