【摘要】 普通高校学报稿源不足的原因有 :本校科研力量相对薄弱 ,不公平的科研奖励措施 ,部分作者对高校学报用稿的误解 ,学报编辑的接触面狭窄等 .要改善稿源现状 ,必须立足本校并结合学科发展来主动组稿、约稿 ;同时注重青年作者的培养和研究生论文的挖掘 ;结合因特网技术的运用、一些优惠政策的制定和编辑人员的素质与服务水平的提高来加大组稿力度更多还原

【Abstract】 The reasons why manuscript resouces in journals of general colleges are insufficient are that in general colleges the science research work is of low quality,the science rewards are unfair,a number of authors misunderstand the using of manuscript and editors communicate in a small range.
