【摘要】 目的　探讨膀胱移行细胞癌细胞角质蛋白 2 0 (CK2 0 )表达的临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化法检测 30例膀胱移行细胞癌、10例膀胱非移行细胞癌以及对照组 13例正常膀胱粘膜组织CK2 0的表达。结果　CK2 0在膀胱移行细胞癌表达的阳性率 6 3.3% (19/30 ) ,膀胱非移行细胞癌和正常膀胱粘膜均为CK2 0阴性表达 ;膀胱移行细胞癌CK2 0阳性表达与肿瘤病理分期、分级有正相关关系。结论　CK2 0在膀胱移行细胞癌过度表达可能与肿瘤的生物学行为有关 ,可作为膀胱移行细胞癌诊断和鉴别诊断的肿瘤标志物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of cytokeratin(CK)20 in bladder transitional cell cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to evaluate the expression of CK20 in 30 patients with bladder transitional cell cancer,10 patients with bladder nontransitional cell cancer and 13 subjects with normal urothelium. Results The positive staining of CK20 in patients with bladder cancer was 63.3%(19/30), the expression of CK20 was negative in all controls. Positive expression of CK20 was statistically correlated with histological classifcation and grade. Conclusions The results suggested that overexpression of CK20 in bladder transitional cell cancer were related to tumors bilogical behavior,therefore CK20 would be used as a useful marker of a diagnosis,supplementary diagnosis and prognosis for the patients.更多还原
