【摘要】 本文从GATS中有关市场准入的内容出发,分析了WTO成员国法律服务业和我国法律服务业概况,并阐述了加入WTO对我国法律服务业的影响与对策。

【Abstract】 Based on the contents of the market access to General Agreement on Tariff and Trade,the opening environment an d situation of law service industry of WTO members and the promises of Chinese WTO entr y and the influence of WTO entry on Chi nese law service industry are analyzed.
