【Abstract】 A CPM-2000continuous dust monitoring device was adopted and used for de-termination of dust content of CO 2 gas from some lime kiln.The CO 2 gas is used for the pro-cess step of the carbonating decomposition in production of aluminum hydroxide.Such a con-tinuous monitoring device facilitates operators to timely adjust operation of equipment con-cerned according to the result of dust content quickly determined and displayed clearly,and thereby is conducive to upgrading quality of aluminum hydroxide product,less water entering into the liquor under carbonating decomposition,and prolongation of operating time cycle of the corresponding CO 2 gas compressor,and moreover,avoiding the traditional disadvantages of com-plicated and slow gravimetric determination of dust content of CO 2 gas with obviously less ac-curacy.更多还原
