Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P镀层耐腐蚀性研究
Corrosion Resistance of Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P Alloy Coatings
【摘要】 通过在镀液中加入Na2 MoO4的化学沉积法对酸性Ni Mo P/Ni P双层化学镀工艺进行了研究。通过试验 ,确定了用连续施镀法制备此多元合金镀层的工艺。测定了镀层的性能 ,特别是对其耐腐蚀性能进行了重点研究。结果表明 ,镀层的成分及结构对其性能有关键的影响 ,双层镀镀层性能优于Ni P单层镀镀层性能。
【Abstract】 The technology of acidic Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P alloy dual layer electroless plating was investigated by chemical depositing of adding Na 2MoO 4. The optimal technology was obtained for electroless Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P dual alloy plating continuously by a series of experiments. The properties of the coatings were determined, especially the corrosion resistance. The results showed that the properties of coatings depended on the composition and structure of alloy plating, and the property of dual layer plating was better than that of Ni-P single layer alloy.
