【摘要】 高校科技产业作为高校科技成果转化的一种重要形式 ,为适应社会主义市场经济发展和我国加入世贸组织的要求 ,有必要对其进行改制。通过对我国高校产业改制现状的分析 ,提出了高校科技成果产业化新的思路和办法 ,指出学校在其中的定位和选择 ,重点应放在科技成果的培育和孵化上 ,而把产业实施交由社会企业和学校企业集团去运作 ,学校需要关注的是自身权益的实现更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and technological industry in colleges and universities, as a main form of transforming their scientific and technological achievements, should be reformed so as to meet the needs of developing socialist market economy and China’s entry into WTO. By analyzing the present situation of the industrial reform in colleges and universities, the paper gives a new thinking and measures of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and it points out that their main concerns should be the cultivation and incubation of the achievements while leaving the implementation to the enterprises in the society and the enterprise groups of the colleges and universities, thus realizes what colleges and universities care about is the realization of their own rights and interests.更多还原
