论高等院校按生产要素分配

【摘要】 通过分析生产要素分配的含义、收入分配特点和高校按生产要素分配的客观要求 ,阐明在高校中实行按生产要素分配具有非常重要的理论和实践意义。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the meaning and the objective demand of essential factors of production and the distribution characteristic of income, then expresses the important significance in theory and practice according to the distribution of essential factors of production in universities.
