【摘要】 目的 :报告 1 997年 6月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月应用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折 32例。方法 :采用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折 ,闭合复位 2 3例 ,切开复位 9例。结果 :随访半年以上 2 3例 ,骨折全部愈合。结论 :应用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折治愈率高 ,并发症少更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of unreamed interlocking nail on fracture of tibia.Methods:All fractures were treated with unreamed interlocking nail.There were 23 cases with closed reduction and 9 with open reduction.Results:Twenty three patients were followed up for more than half a year and all fractures healed.Conclusion:Fracture of tibia was treated with unreamed intramedullary interlocking nail with a high cure rate and few complications.更多还原
