【摘要】 目的 :观察迪银片与银屑灵冲剂治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法 :随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每 2周复诊 1次。观察记录病情变化 ,连续治疗 8周为 1个疗程。结果 :治疗组 66例 ,痊愈 9例 ( 1 3.6% ) ,显效 2 9例 ( 4 3.9% ) ,有效率为 5 7.5 %。对照组 60例 ,痊愈 4例 ( 6.7% ) ,显效 1 7例 ( 2 8.3% ) ,有效率为 35 %。两组有效率比较χ2 =6.43,P<0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 :迪银片治疗寻常型银屑病值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Diyen tablet and Yenxiaoling suspension in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:126 patients were randomly devided into treament(66) and control(60) groups.To observe and write down the change.The study lasted for eight weeks.Results:Nine patients were cured(13 6%) and 29 patients were markedly effective(43 9%) in the treatment group with the marked effective rate 57 5%.Four patients were cured(6 7%) and 17 patients were markedly effective(28 3%) in the control group with the marked effective rate 35%.The difference between the control and treatment groups was significant(χ 2=6 43, P <0 05).Conclusion:The treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by Diyen tablet is effective.更多还原
