【摘要】 目的 :观察内镜直视下气囊扩张治疗食管及贲门狭窄的疗效。方法 :采用内镜直视下气囊扩张术。结果 :2 5例患者中 ,食管癌术后狭窄 5例 ,晚期食管癌 1 2例 ,晚期贲门癌 3例 ,食管癌放疗后狭窄 2例 ,食管癌术后复发 3例。3例吞咽困难 0级患者经扩张治疗后恢复至 2级 ;2 2例吞咽困难 1级者 ,1 2例恢复至 2级 ,1 0例恢复至 3级 ,有效率为 1 0 0 % ,疗效持续 2 5～ 5 0 d,平均 37.5 d。无大出血或食管穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论 :内镜直视下气囊扩张术是治疗食管狭窄安全有效的方法 ,值得在临床上推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of ballon dilation on esophageal or cardiac stenosis under endoscope.Medthods:The ballon dilation was used under endoscope.Results:Among 25 cases,5 with post operation stricture of esophageal carcinoma,12 with advanced esophageal carcinoma,3 with advanced cardiac carcinoma,2 with post radiation treatment stricture,3 with post operation recurrence of esophageal carcinoma.After ballon dilation,3 cases with dysphagia recovered from grade 0 to grade 2.Among 22 cases with dysphagia grade 1 ,12 cases recovered to grade 2 and 10 cases to grade 3 with effect rate of one hundred per cent.The effect lasted for 25 days to 50 days,averaging 37 5 days.No esophageal massive hemorrhage and perforation were observed.Conclusion.Ballon dilation under endoscope was effective and safe for treatmeat of many kinds of esophageal or cardiac stenosis.更多还原
