【摘要】 目的 :应用粗裂钻和薄刃锐利骨凿施下颌骨升支垂直截骨术和矢状劈开截骨术治疗下颌骨前突畸形。方法 :术前正畸治疗 ;X线头影测量分析 ;模型外科 ;制作牙合板 ;手术选用下颌升支垂直截骨术和矢状劈开截骨术 ;术后颌间固定 6～ 8周。结果 :下颌骨升支垂直截骨术和升支矢状劈开截骨术治疗下颌骨前突畸形 ,经 8个月～ 3年的随访 ,畸形无复发 ,牙合关系恢复正常 ,咬合功能良好 ,面容效果满意。结论 :下颌骨升支垂直截骨术和下颌骨升支矢状劈开截骨术可有效地矫正下颌骨前突畸形更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To correct mandibular prognathism with the technique of sagittal split ramus osteotomy(SSRO) and extraoral vertical ramus osteotomy(EVRO).Methods:Three patients with mandibular prognathism were treated.Following preoperative orthodontic therapy,cephalometric prediction tracing,model surgery,occlusal plate,sagittal split ramus osteotomy and an extraoral vertical ramus osteotomy were performed with fixation for 6 to 8 weeks.Results:Normai profile and ideal occlusal relationships were obtained.There was no recurrent case to be observed after following up for 8 months to 3 years.Conclusion:Technipue of SSRO and EVRO proved to be an effective method for correction of mandibular prognathism.更多还原
