【摘要】 介绍了特效乙烯作用抑制剂1-MCP的性质、作用机理及使用方法,并对其在花卉和果蔬上的保鲜效应进行了具体分析。

【Abstract】 Introduced the characteristics,th e action mechanism and the method of a pplication of 1-MCP,and analysed the effect of 1-MCP on horti cultral products.
