甲基汞对小鼠睾丸生殖细胞周期的影响
The effect of methyl mercury on the cell cycles of germ cells in the mouse testis
【摘要】 目的 :研究甲基汞对小鼠睾丸生殖细胞周期的影响。方法 :采用流式细胞术技术观察小鼠睾丸生殖细胞周期的变化。结果 :随着甲基汞染毒剂量的增加 ,G0 / G1期细胞没有明显变化 ;S时相细胞的百分数逐渐减少 ,甲基汞 1 / 5 0 LD50 和 1 / 1 0 LD50 组 S时相细胞百分数与阴性对照组比较差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;G2 / M时相细胞百分数则显著增加 ,各染毒剂量组与阴性对照组比较差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :不同剂量的甲基汞可以引起 S时相细胞百分数减少 ,DNA合成受到抑制 ,并出现 G2 期细胞阻滞
【Abstract】 Objective: To study on the effects of methyl mercury (MeHg) on the cell cycles of the mouse testis germ cells. Methods: The flow cytometry was used to examine the cell cycles of the mouse testis germ cells. Results: Cell percentage had not significantly changed in G 0/G 1 but decreased in S phase with the increasing dosage of MeHg. The 1/50 LD 50 and 1/10 LD 50 also have significantly changed in S phase compared with that of negative control ( P <0.05). The cell percentage trearted with MeHg were significantly higher in G 2/M phase than that of the control( P <0.05). Conclusion: MeHg may decrease cell percentage in S phase, inhibit the DNA synthesis and make cell block in G 2 phase.
