血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症组织中的表达

【摘要】 目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组织化学技术 ( LSAB法 ) ,分别检测 VEGF在子宫内膜异位症 ( 2 5例 )和非异位症 ( 2 5例 )患者子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果 :异位子宫内膜组织中 VEGF的阳性表达率为 72 % ,而非异位症的子宫内膜组织中无 VEGF表达。结论 :VEGF可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起着重要作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To explory the role of vascular endoepithelial growth factor (VEGF) in the occurence and development of endometriosis.Methods:Expression of VEGF was examined in the specimens from 25 patients with endometriosis and the same patients without endometriosis (control) by immunohistochemical method.Results:Positive rate of expression of VEGF in tissues from endometriosis was 72%,while expression rate of VEGF in tissues from nonendometriosis was negative.Conclusion:The results indicated that VEGF might play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of endometriosis.
