耐磨复合镀层工艺的研究
Study on Technology and Properties of Antiwear Composite Coatings
【摘要】 研究利用经过改进的电刷镀技术研制具有层状结构的复合镀层 ,即多层复合镀层 ,探索了利用多种固体粒子 (Cr2 O3、SiC、ZrO、Al2 0 3等 )构成多层复合镀层的可能性与工艺上的可行性。此外 ,还研究了多层复合镀层的组织、结构、显微硬度以及耐磨性等性能。文中研究的结果可应用于现场修复磨损的机械零件及其表面强化 ,因而具有实际应用前景
【Abstract】 In this paper, multiplayer composite coatings were prepared using improved brush plating, and the possibility and feasibility of obtaining of multiplayer composite coatings with various hard paticles (Cr 2O 3?SiC?ZrO?Al 2O 3 etc.) were studied.In addition, microstructure, composition, microhardness and wear resistance were examined. The research results can be used in repairing and suface strengthening of worn machine parts, and have practical uses.
